1.Product Description

Uniaxial Polyester Geogrid is knitted by high tenacity multi-filament polyester yarns with various mesh sizes and tensile strength from 20 to 1000kN/m.
Exterior of polyeser Geogrid coated with PVC or modified polymer mixture for UV ,acid and alkali resistance prevents the bio-decomposition.
It’s a precision grid that offers superior junction strength and high coefficient of soil interaction.

Application
Uniaxial geogrid is mainly applied in highway, railway, slope protecting projects, retaining wall, dam to strengthen land loading capacity and extend its service life. Features in reducing area, project cost and maintenance cost, convenient to construct.


Characteristic of Uniaxial plastic geogrid

1. The polymer is oriented in a linear state and forms a long elliptical network-like integral structure with uniform distribution and high joint strength. This structure has a relatively high tensile strength and rigidity, providing the ideal combination of force bearing and diffusion for the soil.

2. The outstanding advantage of the one-way plastic geogrid is that the tendency of deformation (creep) under long-term continuous load is small, and the creep strength is much better than the geogrid of other materials, which plays an important role in improving the service life of the project. .
