Filament spunbond needle punched non-woven geotextile is permeable fabrics.They are manufactured from the extrusion of fibres which are then laid down on a manufacturing “bed” and then needle punched to entangle the fibres such that a dimensionally stable product is formed. Some additional thermal treatment is then applied to further improve the strength of the geotextile. Due to the manufacturing processes and that the geotextile product is highly needle, these non-woven geotextiles are generally best suited for a wide range of geotechnical applications. Geotextiles have had a long history of use in filtration, drainage, separation and protection applications in a range of civil, coastal and environmental engineering structures.
2.Product Feature
* Good water permeability
* Anti-corrosion
* Anti-aging
* Wide range of adaptation
* Low creep
* Resistance to external damage
3.Product Parameter
4.Project Cases
Widely used in water conservancy, hydropower, roads, railways, ports, airports, sports venues, tunnels, beach coating, cofferdams, environmental protection and other engineering fields.
Widly used in geotechnical engineering such as water conservancy, electricity,mines,roads and railways.
1.Filter material for soil separation;
2.Drainage material for the beneficiation of reservoirs & mines, and foundations of high-rise buildings;
3.Anti-scouring materials for river dykes and slope protection;
4.Reinforcing materials for railways,highways, and airport running road foundations and etc;
5.Anti-frost and anti-freeze insulation materials;
6.Anti-cracking material for asphalt pavement.
