Product Description
Geotube are prefabricated using high strength and quality seaming techniques into tubular, bag-like, or other forms with filling ports or other provisions for site filling. The containers are custom sized to save land space and are ideal for areas where space is a constraint. Geotube are designed to optimize the solids retention and effluent discharge rate and quality making it a highly efficient and environmental friendly solution for various sludge dewatering applications.

Geotextile Tube is one of the most effective components that are most usually used in protective structure of waterproof erosion. Soft mattress is covered to the places where water flows to reduce the impact energy of water flow and protect soil particles from being flown away by water flow by means of its filtration function, thus, ensuring the stability of soil mass.

Notes:
1- During pumping, the elevation or height of the tube needs to be monitored to prevent ruptures. Typically, keep the height to be 80% is more a optimum.
2- The sands gathered the most at the entrance of port , so adjust the sand concentration at the proper time to assure the sands depositing smoothly.

3- To fill the tube to its required height, the designed height should be equal or greater than the half of the diameter of geotextile tube.
