Production Intruction

The steel plastic composite geogrid uses high tensile steel wires (PET yarn or fiberglass yarn) specially handled with polyethylene(P.E) and other assistants. After squeeze and cooling procedures, steel wires turns to high-strength anti-pull belt with rough embossing surfaces and PE coating. Earthwork belts are warp knitted at vertically and horizontally directions and welded the joints using a special unltra-sonic welding techology to structure steel plastic composite geogrid.

Product Features

1.Large scale of tensile strength from 30kN/m to 200kN/m and the deformation is small;

2.Low creep elongation as low as 3% and high tensile modulus at large force.

3.Anti-corrosive, long service life, the steel plastic composite geogrid take the PE material as a  protector, auxiliary enables it by each kind of assistant to have the antiaging,the oxidation susceptibility again,but acidproof ,alkali,salt and decreasing installation damages. Therefore ,the steel plastice composite geogrid are possible to  meet each kind of permanent projects with 100 years above design life, and the performance is superior, the aperture stability is good;

4. Easy Installation.

Steel Plastic composite Geogrids are widely applied in railway, bridge,dock,retaining wall, dam to reinforce the soft soil and to resist the road surface's crack.
