Product Description
uniaxial stretching geogrid is made of HDPE or PP as raw material, which is plasticized, extruded, punched, heated, and stretched. Through stretching, the originally scattered chain-shaped molecules are reoriented to a linear state, which fully improves the tensile strength and rigidity of the grid. Laying it in the soil, through the occlusion and interlocking action between the grid mesh and the soil, an efficient stress transmission mechanism is formed, so that the local load can quickly and effectively spread to a large area of the soil. So as to achieve the purpose of reducing local damage stress and improving the service life of the project.
Uniaxially stretched plastic geogrid is a kind of geosynthetic material. It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw material, extruded into a thin plate, punched with regular mesh, and then stretched longitudinally. Used in dams, tunnels, wharfs,highways, railways, construction and other fields.
PP Uniaxial Geogrid is manufactured from Polypropylene. It is produced through the process of extruding, punching, heating and stretching. Maximum tensile strength is 300kN/m.

4.Project Cases
1. It is mainly used in retaining walls, bridges abutment, steep slope project and so on.
2. Retaining walls, bridges abutment as force bearing structures and bearing all external loads such as active soil pressure, support of structure upper part and temperature stress. Under the function of large tension and continuously effect of dynamic load, molecule structure of reinforcement material occurs fatigue and aging of grid quickens. In order to avoid large deformation of structure caused by creep of reinforcement material, uniaxial tensile plastic geogrid made from high-density polyethylene(HDPE) shall be used to prolong service life of projects
